Hi, I’m Amy, the person behind Happy Koala. I’m an author, an Online Business Manager, and a property management professional with over 20 years of experience working behind the scenes to keep things organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

In 2023, I completed my OBM certification, bringing together my background in operations with my love of systems, creativity, and thoughtful problem-solving. I’m also a graphic design enthusiast and a proud marketing nerd who genuinely enjoys turning ideas into something clear, functional, and visually engaging.

When I’m not working, I’m a wife, a mom, and a devoted jigsaw puzzle fan who loves a good challenge and a quiet moment to piece things together. I enjoy finding simple solutions, building better systems, and supporting the people and projects I care about.
